Tomato and Spinach Penne

Ingredients:

1 x 440g tin of diced tomatoes

  1 clove of garlic
 

ΒΌ cup of Tomato Sauce

  1 onion, diced
  1 generous handful of baby spinach leaves
  1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  1 teaspoon of chopped basil
  1 cup dried Penne pasta
  1 handful of grated Tasty cheese for serving
   
Method:

Cook Penne pasta as per the packet instructions.

  In a separate saucepan, brown the onions and garlic together in a little olive oil until soft. Add the tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, parsley and basil. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the baby spinach leaves, stir until they have wilted.
  Combine the pasta and sauce in a serving bowl, and sprinkle with grated tasty cheese.
